Located above the shopping centre is a multi storey car park with approximately 290 spaces. Visitors can enter from Eleanor Cross Road opposite the Bus Depot.

Disabled Parking
Within the main car park, on the first two levels the centre offers disabled parking facilities.
 
Public Toilets
Public toilets are located opposite the public telephones, besides Boots. There are disabled toilets located within the public toilets.
The centre also provides Baby changing facilities within the main public toilets.

Mobility Scheme
The Pavilion Shopping Centre offers visitors a mobility scheme. Users will need to sign a disclaimer and provide a form of photographic identification.
